Before reaching out

Recordings not appearing

Cloud recordings flow in after Zoom finishes processing both the audio and the transcript. This can take anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour depending on meeting length. Make sure your Zoom account has "Audio Transcript" enabled under Recording settings — without it, no transcript event fires and Heartcaster will wait indefinitely.

Reviewers not receiving the email

Check that the comma-separated list of Notification emails in Settings is correct, and that your reviewers' inboxes are not filtering messages from noreply@heartcaster.com.
